At Dream Dental Lab we aim to provide you with almost all of your dental lab requirements. We won’t be casting metal on site, our CrCo and non metal frameworks will be designed digitally in-house.

We have been making chromes for years but it’s great to give someone else the dirty job of casting so we can enjoy the artistic side of designing and setting teeth.

All our ceramic work is digitally designed pre-shaded milled monolithic, zirconia or lithium disilicate. Micro layered with liquid porcelain. Monolithic composite hybrid is also available finished in most cases with liquid light cured composite.

We would like to consider ourselves as denture experts, all these years sat at a bench or in the surgery talking to patients and dentists has helped overcome a whole host of problems. We have seen it all!

We would like to offer you the full spectrum of removable work, standard functional nhs right through to top specification private, carved stippled flanges, stained, composite, twisted laterals, carved medial palatial midline… the whole show, if you and your patients wish.

We are seasoned digital users, we can offer you digital dentures, implant custom abutments, bars and bridges to match.

Don’t have a scanner? No problem, send an impression and we’ll scan it for you.

We both understand that impression taking doesn’t always go to plan but we can’t work on poor quality models. Any impressions that do not have the relevant information will be sent back. Please review the impression before placing it in your sterilisation bath. This will save everyone time in the long run.
